If you make an order with us, or fill in the Guest Book, or use the Contact Us form, we promise we will not use your email or personal details for anything other than possible Product or Service Information mails, or courtesy followup mails.  We will not pass on to any external organisation any of your email or personal details except in (unusually) cases of debt recovery.  'We' in this sense includes ourselves at StitchnGlass, and our sister site Somata (http://www.somata.co.uk/)

We endeavour to ship items next day after payment clearance, using Royal Mail 1st Class recorded delivery.

Jewellery and watches will be packed in either an organza gift pouch, or a box with bow, depending on size and type of piece purchased. This will then be bubble-wrapped and posted in a jiffy bag.  Dishes, bowls, and any other non-jewellery glass items will be securely bubble-wrapped, boxed with more bubble-wrap, and then posted.

Please be aware that the watches are what is termed 'dress wear', in other words, not for every day use. They are designed to enhance and uplift you, but are not really suitable for wear while hanging supermarket carrier bags over your arm and carrying baby and hanging on to toddler all at the same time!
